I thought it right to let you know that I am delighted with the decking kit I recently purchased. Ordering and delivery was without fault and timescales as agreed. The timber is excellent, top quality and well finished. I had a contractor colleague fit mine and they were extremely impressed with the quality of timber supplied. Everything calculated exactly with easy to follow instructions. I had intended to raise my decking to align levels with an existing patio and conservatory. This meant that two 3.6m sections of balustrade could be used to finish off the edge of the patio. I purchased two extra newels but actually only needed one. All other timbers were used to create the deck we wanted. I am attaching a couple of photographs to show what has been achieved to the acclaim of all of our neighbours. Thanks very much. I have just had my decking delivered this morning and would like to say what a great service you guys have provided. Lovely customer service girls on the phone. Really helpful. The apple tree cottage is a wonderful playhouse, my children have already had a number of their friends round to play. The quality of the playhouse is fantastic and it was easy to assemble, we will use as a storage shed when the children no longer play in it. Fantastic playhouse thank you

I live in Cornwall and was apprehensive about ordering from a company that is so far away. I telephoned and spoke to a lady called Tracey who was very helpful and professional. Tracey reassured me about the order, gave me a delivery date, with a 2 hour time slot. The fencing arrived on time, was in perfect condition, and it looks absolutely great. The price is excellent as well for such a great looking product.
Received my panels on Friday and I was surprised at how well they are made, they were heavier than I expected and now that they are fitted the garden is now secure. Will recommend UKDeckit to all who need fencing, especially the panels they manufacture themselves.
